You feel at home even if you’re on a truly remote place. Glamping it’s definitely an outstanding choice, with all the comfort and the charme of the discovery.

Where to beginc Perfect Wave has really struck the gold mine and they are doing everything in their will to hold it! The experience was second to none mostly attributable to our surf guide Jinu. Jinu was outgoing, charismatic, easy to get along with (and bloody good at surfing and photography). His ability to control the lineup was immaculate, making sure everyone was accommodated for with good waves and fair waiting times whilst being incredibly respectful to the locals.

The snorkeling around the resort is beautiful. Dolphin cruise the channel at dawn and dusk. The glamping tents are glam. The food delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We are planning to come back next year.

Perfect wave travel were incredible!

My Maldivian surf guide Mihner is a very experienced surfer and we surfed everyday day of the first week all by ourselves!

I only have great things to say about this organization, everything was smooth, the boat trips, the forecasts for the peaks…

I had an amazing trip with perfect wave. The team were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The surf was great for all abilities and the guides were great at ensuring that you got the best waves suited to your ability. There was a great selection of boards to hire and the location was amazing. Overall a great experience and Ifll be back for sure.

Through Perfect wave, I went to Mavericks hotel in Maldives.

They took me surfing, fishing and snorkeling twice daily.

It was my first time in the Maldives and I was worried about it, but the Maldives guide looked at it properly, it was safe and fun, and I was able to spend it slowly.

We have recently returned from a glorious week at the new Maverick Resort on Mundoo in Laamu Atthol in the Maldives. It is the Maldives done differently and truly a unique and unspoilt paradise . The hotel is a collection of luxury tented rooms with outdoor bathrooms right on the beach at the far end of Mundoo . Opening the tent in the morning and diving into the crystal clear warm sea is the stuff of dreams on a cold January day in London . The rooms are gathered round a restaurant/ clubhouse where we were served three truly delicious meals a day by the outstanding South African chef . The entire team catered to our every need and our rooms were serviced before we even got back from breakfast . The GM Anton and Sericha were excellent and so helpful arranging boats for snorkelling trips and our absolute favourite Dolphin spotting . The team were excellent but deeply discreet and the maverick has more of a luxury dessert island feel rather than being like every other resort . A true adventure and safe paradise for families with children or honeymooners alike. We can’t recommend highly enough

I’ve travelled to a lot of places in the Maldives and this is like no other experience I’ve had before.

Food is sensational, the service is great, the team there are fantastic and the accomodation is really comfortable. Such an amazing way to explore the Maldives and check out the local culture as well. I’ll be back for sure.

I had a great time with Perfect Wave. Steve, the nicest guy and my guide, went above and beyond to make sure I had fun, got waves and managed to relax at the end of the day. We even got the waves all to ourselves. Oliver was very kind and patient when helping me book even though I kept having to change my dates. A great trip!
