.
July started with a solid 4-6 foot swell at Kandui. Our guests scored a relatively empty lineup with perfect glassy conditions. Everyone definitely scored their fair share of world class, hollow lefts.
.
We have enjoyed consistent south swells in the 3-4 foot range since, with early light variable winds tending north. With 10 different waves located around the islands, there’s options for everyone.
.
Visiting young West Australian chargers Felix and Max Leaver capitalised on the pre-dawn surf checks, and were recently rewarded at this undisclosed right-hander. Whilst the next day, all our guests scored a standout session at Rifles, with smiles all round everyone was stoked. Fun waves at A-frames, 4 Bobs and Playground Lefts have constantly produced waist to chest height options for those guests looking for a mellow, rippable surf.
.
Pretty much the entire month of July was pumping, with swell after relentless swell, ever-changing wind conditions, with very uncrowded conditions often enjoying empty lineups to ourselves.
.
The end of July really put an exclamation point behind the word EPIC, with Phil Read and Bradley Norris at big Kandui Left.
.

With winter well and truly set in back in Australia and New Zealand, it’s time to pack your boards, family and friends and join us at Kandui Villas.
