Exceeded all expectations
Both stays in Bali and T-Land were fantastic, but T-Land Resort truly exceeded all my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever been looked after so well while traveling. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure every guest had a great experience. Unfortunately, I got sick during my stay in T-Land, and the way the team took care of me was remarkable. They regularly checked in on me, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to help me recover. Their kindness and hospitality made a difficult situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did. The whole trip was also very well organized. Every transfer-from domestic flights to ferry connections-was seamless. Everything was arranged in advance, ran smoothly, and I never had to worry about logistics. It allowed me to simply relax and enjoy the experience. Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made this one of the best travel experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable surf trip.
It was a fabulous trip
Great surf resort run by two passionate couples. Accommodation was great, food plentiful and delicious. We definitely plan on returning. I have left a google revocable our stay if you want to read it. The journey to and from T-Land went well, very easy as T-Land organise it so efficiently.
The support and information from Perfect Wave was very good.
Lachlan and Venus were responsive and we couldn’t fault them.

It was great to know that all our transfers, ferry bookings and accommodation were all taken care of and was all hassle free. T-Land Resort was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. Loved Rote and the locals are beautiful people.

Accommodation
In order to avoid the inconveniences of walking from a tropical climate into an air-conditioned one, they have designed the rooms so that the indoor temperature is sustained by using the sea breeze and the energy of fans. The T-Land Resort is a collection of charming rooms with their own distinctive decor. To achieve this, they have decorated them with Timor Style (antiques) and first-class Teak furniture. The bathrooms are outside and the terraces offer magnificent sea views.

T-Land Resort is located in the Nembrala Village. The main T-Land and Bommie waves are just in front of it. The boats anchored at the beach allow easy access to both waves and saving you from wasting time carrying boards by foot. T-Land Resort is a destination for surfers traveling in couples, with friends or family. It is hidden among the palm trees of this remote island and designed to accommodate small groups (18-20 people maximum) to offer comfort, peace and an idyllic tropical atmosphere.
