Day 1 – Welcome to Paradise

Your VIP treatment starts the moment you land in Vanuatu, where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your paradise retreat.

In the early evening, meet your fellow wellness buddies and Surf Getaways Coach for a delicious healthy welcome dinner to discuss your surfing goals for the week.

Days 2-7 – Relax, reflect & renew

Over the next week you will settle into a wellness routine that is the perfect blend of reflection, relaxation and activities. Start each day with rise and shine yoga followed by a hearty, healthy breakfast at the retreat before hitting the waves for the day.

Each day we will take you on an activity or tour of the area. During the week you will experience a boat snorkelling tour, island village tour, harbour sightseeing tour, local river hike, island mountain hike (for the adventurous), cooking demonstrations, coconut and weaving demonstrations and a Port Vila shopping tour. You will also get full use of all the onsite activities and water sports equipment.

There is ample time built in for relaxation massages or facials, chilling out at the retreat and swimming in the crystal clear water right on your doorstep.

You’ll also get video analysis sessions during the tour so you can see how far you’ve progressed and gain valuable insights and advice from your Surf Getaways Coach. You’ll be amazed by your progress by the end of the tour!

Day 8 – Time to say farewell

Today we bid farewell to newfound friends, reflect on our surfing journey and lessons learnt … and get ready to return to our lives refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Breakfast is served at leisure depending on airport transfer times.

Surf Coaching & Yoga

Experienced female surf coaches will help you to develop based on your existing surf skills:
Intro / Beginners will learn the basics of surfing, such as paddling a board, ‘pop ups’, turtle rolls, surfing etiquette, confidence and improved capability in the water.
We also recommend this tour for intermediate and advanced surfers recovering from injury or for surfers who have had a long break during their progression and need a gradual reintroduction to surfing.
Daily yoga classes at the Retreat’s private yoga pavilion located on the resort's private beach, including all yoga accessories.

The Retreat

At Reflections Retreat Vanuatu there are four modern, comfortable and spacious suites set amongst lush tropical gardens. All suites are similar in layout and all have water views. Each suite has a King bed (or twin Singles if required), a lounge area and over sized bathroom with a stand alone bath and a separate shower. All suites have been built to maximise the beauty of the location. They are light filled, airy and designed for a tropical environment.
