You can't get any closer to the ocean than the Aloha Surf School! All boards and wetsuits can be used all day so you can stay in the water until you're completely surfed out.
The have a good range of boards so you can enjoy shortboarding as well as Stand Up Paddling. The surf instructors are always there to give you some good tips so you get the most out of the spot. Surfing lessons are an hour and a half long. Aloha is a recognised French Surf School and it has the “Quality Tourism” label. Instructors are all state qualified. They offer learn to surf courses and courses for average surfers to improve as well as courses for good surfers who want to step it up to the next level. The 4* Océliances is a great campsite located in the forest, just 600m from the beach and the surf school. There’s a bar, restaurant, a heated swimming pool, a laundrette, a grocery shop, sports field and a play area for children.
Whether you are a solo traveller or a group of up to 4 people, you will stay in a private 4 person cabin with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. If you are a group of 4 to 8 people, you will stay in a private 6 person cabin with 1 double bed and 4 single beds.
Each cabin has a fully-equipped kitchen so you can prepare delicious, good value meals with products made in France.
Rent a bike because this area has a great network of cycle paths that run alongside the coast and cross through the forest. It doesn’t take long to get from one spot to the next on a bike and Hossegor and Capbreton are a really enjoyable ride away.
