Sunset (North Shore, Oahu)

Sunset is a big wave haven for experienced watermen only. Its shifting take off zone and powerful roaming peaks are challenging for the even the world’s best big wave riders. With its signature inside bowl, Sunset attracts those who are up for a challenge. Bigger boards required!

Backyards (North Shore, Oahu)

If you’re an advanced surfer looking for BIG waves and exhilirating experience, Backyards delivers very fast waves. Expect massive walls of water with a thick lip and a steep wall with a few big barrels.

The Banzai Pipeline (North Shore, Oahu)

Pipeline is arguably the world’s most famous and heaviest wave. A steep, intense left and right (when the sands right) it still to this day hosts the final event on the WSL tour and decides world champions. The left is the more famous wave as pioneered by legends like Gerry Lopez, Rory Russell and others in the early 70’s. In recent years “Backdoor”” the infamous spitting right has become equally as famous.

Laniakea (North Shore, Oahu)

For an incredibly long, Laniakea offers something for everyone. Longboarders love it, shortboarders too, as it offers brilliant performance sections. Expect a long paddle out, the odd barrel and long lined walls that can be so fun.

Home to one of the magical waves of the world, expect to catch right points at Maui’s hidden gem. It’s an overpopulated spot, but the offshore breeze and crisp barrels are worth the wait amongst crowds.
