Had a FAB time. CR was incredible; beautiful place, and the camp had a lovely spirit and feel. Some great and some average waves per Poseidon's mood that day 🙂

Joe (October 2015)
Oh it was so good! I got pretty much 16 days of solid surfing (often two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon), and all the lessons I had were one-on-one so I think I improved quite a bit! The beaches were insane. It worked quite well having just over a week gap in the middle to explore (I ended up going to Tamarindo and San Juan del Sur before heading to Leon).

Thank you so much for all your help designing the trip. It was quite the adventure and organizing/booking it all could not have been smoother.

Fell in love with this place back in 2010 & happy to see that 3 years later it is still a beautiful place that still attracts very nice people. Brought my husband with me this time & stayed in town but visited Zopilote for surf, breakfast & dinner & it's all still as good as I remember.

Tim (June 2015)

I've been in a couple of surfcamps world wide but Zopilote had my heart immediately. A lovely camp with very nice and cool staff, mostly run by Simon, two surf guides and another two youngsters who help out in the kitchen and camp life. The beach and the surf break is awesome, it could not be more beautiful; I've already returned twice!
