G’day friends!

Seb from Nautilus Surf Tours (New Caledonia) would love to invite you all to discover a hidden gem 3 hours from Australia’s east coast:

Hi guys,

For two weeks now, the swell is pumping again, providing great surf conditions with 6-8 ft waves at Bourail and at the Noumea reef breaks. Good start to the 2012 surf season!

Some weeks are already fully booked by groups of mates looking for an exclusive trip onboard or at the Nekweta Surf and Fish Camp, but you should find a good period to join us again this year or come for a first discovery. Two new 40ft catamarans are now operating with us, skipped by experienced watermen, local surfers and good fishermen. They are definitely the best way to access the waves along the 100 kms of reef in front of Noumea, the main city.If you prefer a comfortable room to a live onboard adventure, Nekweta is for you. Managed as always by Manu, local surf champion and good fishing guide as well, this camp, located in Bourail, 1.5 hours north of the airport,  provides two new tropical rooms, in a double floor Balinese bungalow. Ask to our past guests about the cooking and you will understand why they love it and have one more reason to come back! We guarantee full days of surfing, fishing or snorkelling, but also a very nice exotic place for relaxing and enjoying the evenings with your friends.

The surf looks better tomorrow at Tenia island or Ouano left? No problem to do a day trip there. Not a surfari, not a resort stay… New Caledonia is something different that you must experience with our team. With only 8 guests per place each week, we respect the harmony of our wild country, and the spirit of the local surfers, sharing unique uncrowded waves with our customers.

Looking for a NEW destination where you don’t need to fight for each wave?

You got it:  NEW CALEDONIA.

Best travel period between April and October.

Much cheaper than you think with our Australian partner The Perfect Wave that will help you preparing your next surf trip.

See you soon!
