Kandooma Surf Report. Two swells in two weeks!

Kandooma Surf Resort in the Maldives has been the place to be in June.
The outstanding Maldivian resort hosted The Perfect Wave’s incredible, intimate “Surf Music In Paradise” concert series the week of June 12-19.
An amazing week was had by all The Perfect Wave’s guests, staff and musicians so much so that we have been bombarded by guests emails already expressing their interest in joining Pete for Surf Music In Paradise in Bali next year.

A fun sized 3-4ft SE swell delivered a couple of days of rippable waves leading into this years event, followed by an ideal 10 second period SE swell in the 147 degree range early this week.
Kandooma’s chief surf guide Rob Underwood said this week’s swell event was “hopefully a sign of things to come. We scored some beautifully uncrowded barrels and hosted some pretty stoked guests during June. What a way to end one of the most exciting months ever at Kandooma with the SE swell on Monday this week.”
