It is that time of the year when I go on my annual Mentawai trip with The Perfect Wave.

The Perfect Wave’s annual Occy Signature Surf Experience this September 2-9 will now be hosted at Kandui Villas, the Mentawai’s premium luxury surf resort thanks to Atoll Travel.

As if hanging out, talking story and surfing with new friends could get any better, it just did! We will now be doing it in style and luxury, with a perfect left out the front and 20 other world class waves accessible within minutes. Epic amenities, luxury spacious accommodation and a personal chef preparing our breakfast to order – that’s the Kandui Villas experience.

The 7 day trip includes transfers from Padang, accommodation at Kandui Villas, 3 amazing meals each day and transfers to up to 20 world class waves in the Playgrounds area is AU$4,185 per surfer + flights. This is better value than a regular Kandui Villas stay and I am your host!
