Ombak Indah is what you imagine under “a real surf camp”. Based in remote Indonesian South Sumatra, with a surf break right out the front and another 5-10 within a few minutes’ car ride, it delivers on so many levels: Uncrowded waves, quality and accessibility of breaks, run by westerners with a very friendly local staff + affordable prices..
