Heritage Houses Niseko features four fully furnished townhouses in Niseko that are perfect for groups looking for plenty of space and comfort. The town houses are nicely designed, and feel a world away from Japan’s notoriously cramped hotel rooms. Relax in style, with all the amenities you’d expect of a ski resort. There’s ski storage, dry rooms, plus cable TV, laundry and decent kitchens. The welcome center is also a nice addition, with the staff on site capable of providing some great tips on how to make the most of your visit to Niseko. Given how much Heritage Houses manages to pack in here, their townhouses are fairly good value, and worth considering if you have a medium sized group.

The Heritage is located in Izumikyo 2, Niseko, and consists of four generously sized four bedroom townhouses. With immediate access to the free shuttle bus stop, The Heritage is well suited to larger groups looking for comfortable lodgings at a very competitive rate. It also has a fantastic location, with easy access to nearby ski slopes.

With an average snowfall of 15 meters per year, most people know Niseko as one of the greatest ski destinations in the world. Whether you are a seasoned powder-hound or an eager beginner on the lookout for wide, open runs, the Niseko United area offers a wide range of terrain and challenges: With over 57 runs covering 47km, there’s a place for everyone.

Niseko’s snow is known as the best in the world for good reason—it is the lightest, the driest, and the fluffiest snow you will ever experience—and once you’ve built up an appetite after the day’s adventures, there are scores of restaurants, bars, and cafés to choose from, all filled with mouth-watering food and drink. Many of these world class restaurants are close to The Heritage, making this a great accommodation choice for anyone wanting to make the most out of their winter holiday.


The Heritage features four self contained, fully furnished townhouses that are great for groups. Rooms are comprised of two western twin rooms, a Japanese tatami room with futon beds and a  carpeted room with futon beds.

The Niseko United mountain consists of four interlinked ski resorts, so there’s plenty of terrain to explore—and when you’re ready for a break from the snow, the area is alive with family activities and cultural events.

Thanks to its unique terrain and extensive floodlight coverage, Niseko also possesses some of the best night skiing and snowboarding in the world. In the moonlight, glide amid beech trees and sasa bamboo for the most magical skiing experiences you will ever have.

Open until 9:00pm each evening, the Niseko Hirafu area lights up a large portion of the mountain, and can be seen on the horizon for miles.

In the green season, Niseko and its surrounding area comes alive, offering the opportunity to take part in many outdoor adventure sports such as rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning and hiking.

For those who want to enjoy Hokkaido’s famously pleasant weather and surroundings at a slightly more relaxing pace, try fly fishing; sample some of the incredible and easily accessible local restaurants located throughout Hirafu, Kutchan, and Higashiyama; or enjoy day trips to Makkari and Lake Toya; a stunningly beautiful landscape enriched by a volcanic past.
